Help with the App Store
For years I ran App Store Review at Apple, under Steve Jobs and Tim Cook. I know how the guidelines are actually applied, where the discretion sits, and what moves a decision — because I made those decisions, wrote the guidelines, created the processes, and built the team that makes them now.
I work on the two problems Apple has no process for: knowing what Review will say before you submit, and getting back on after you've been removed.
APP REVIEW SERVICES
What I Can Do For You.

Find out what Review will say. Before you submit.
Apple gives you no way to ask in advance. You build, you submit, you wait, and you find out. If the answer is no, you've lost weeks — sometimes a launch date, a press embargo, a partner commitment, or a funding milestone.
I close that gap. For one month, I work alongside your team as your reviewer — reading your app the way Review will read it, telling you what's going to get flagged, and helping you fix it before it costs you anything.
-
Metadata and marketing review. Your app name, subtitle, description, keywords, and promotional text, read the way Review actually evaluates them. Most rejections that feel arbitrary start here.
-
Screenshots and app preview video. Held to standards most developers don't know exist, and the fastest way to trigger a rejection on an otherwise clean app.
-
Hands-on with the build. Direct install or TestFlight — I go through the app the way a reviewer does, on the same path, looking for the same things.
-
Guideline risk assessment. What will be flagged, what's genuinely borderline, and what you're not seeing. Ranked by likelihood and by cost if it happens.
-
A month of back-and-forth. You revise, I re-review. Not a report you receive and interpret alone — a working relationship for the duration.
-
Resolution Center support. If you're rejected anyway, I help you draft and shape the response. This is where most developers lose cases they should win.

Submission tied to a raise or a press moment
Your app has been removed. Or your account terminated.
The removal notice tells you which guideline. It rarely tells you what actually happened, and it never tells you what Apple needs to see to reverse it.
If your app has been pulled or your developer account has been terminated, revenue stopped the same day. I help you understand the real reason, assess honestly whether it can be undone, and build the case if it can.
-
Diagnosis. Why the removal actually happened, versus what the notice said. These are frequently different, and the gap between them is usually where the path back is.
-
An honest read on your odds. Some of these are winnable and some aren't. I'll tell you which one you're in before you spend money finding out.
-
The remediation case. What has to change, what has to be documented, and how the narrative gets built. Apple isn't looking for an apology — it's looking for evidence the underlying problem is gone.
-
Appeals and the App Review Board. Managing the process, the sequencing, and the tone. There's a way these are read, and a first attempt in the wrong register makes everything after it harder.
-
What comes next if the answer is no. If the account isn't coming back, there are real options and there are traps. I'll walk you through both.

One thing I won't do
Promise you an outcome. Nobody outside Apple can, and anyone who does is selling you something. What I can promise is a straight answer about whether it's worth fighting, and the strongest possible case if it is.
Small, direct, and priced accordingly.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, personally. There's no team, no handoff, no junior associate. These are senior, hands-on engagements — most clients are funded companies with a launch date or a revenue line at stake.
If that fits, tell me what you're facing and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
