I write. A lot.
Over the years, writing has become one of the main ways I share what I’ve learned about technology, security, identity, privacy, and the platforms that shape our digital lives.
I write a Substack focused on the App Store, drawing on my years inside Apple and my experience helping developers navigate App Review. I publish a newsletter about protecting your digital self in a world of scams, deepfakes, identity theft, and increasingly sophisticated online threats.
I wrote UNBREAKABLE, my book about how ordinary people can better protect themselves online.
I also contribute to blogs for Identity.org, write articles and commentary on digital identity and technology, and regularly work on new essays, research, and other writing projects.
The subjects change, but the goal is usually the same: take complicated technology and make it understandable, useful, and relevant to the people it affects.
Writings
Stories from the App Store
I write about the App Store from the perspective of someone who helped build it. My Substack covers App Review, developer account issues, platform policy, enforcement, and the often-frustrating realities developers face when trying to get apps approved, restored, or understood by Apple.
Be Unbreakable
I write about how to protect yourself in an increasingly hostile digital world. The Unbreakable newsletter covers online scams, identity theft, deepfakes, privacy, account security, social engineering, and the practical steps people can take to make themselves much harder to target.
Unbreakable
John Wiley & Sons
Unbreakable is a practical guide to protecting yourself in a world where scams, identity theft, deepfakes, account takeovers, and privacy threats are becoming harder to spot and easier to execute. It explains how modern digital attacks work—and gives readers clear, realistic steps to protect their identity, money, accounts, devices, and reputation.
